September 13, 2026 - Columbus North traveled to St. Louis, Missouri to compete in the Forest Park XC Festival on Saturday morning, with the girls finishing third and the boys second in their respective divisions. In the girls’ race, Kodi Smith finished 16th individually in 19:35.7, followed by Emma Lowther (19th), Reece Peeples (21st), Adira Sluder (25th), and Sydney Madden (30th). The Bull Dogs’ 101 team points was good enough for third behind Bentonville (61) and Edwardsville (95) in the 30 team event. Justin Reckers finished third in the boys division individually (15:48.4), followed by Levi Carothers (11th), Rohan Norris (22nd), Joseph Day (25th), and Jackson Lowther (29th) to earn 85 team points and finish behind St. Louis University (35 points). The Bull Dogs will host the CN Invitational on Saturday, September 20, beginning at 9:00 am at Ceraland Park in Columbus.
