September 4, 2026 - After falling behind for the first time all season, head coach David Young’s girls soccer squad had to battle back from a 2-0 halftime deficit to earn a 2-2 draw with Roncalli Thursday evening. Grace Bethuram scored five minutes into the second half to pull the Bull Dogs (6-0-1) to within one goal of Roncalli, who had scored twice on corner kicks early in the first half. Avery Baker then knocked home the tying goal with just 1:42 to play in the match to secure the draw. Rachel Fulp was credited with an assist in the match as well. Danika Hoehn kept goal for the Dogs and recorded four saves in her 80 minutes of work. North won the abbreviated JV match 2-0 with goals by Jacklyn Bunch and Delila Priest Owens to improve to 6-0 for the season.
