September 4, 2026 - Tania Maldonado had a team-high 15 kills and the Bull Dog servers combined for ten service aces as Columbus North beat Martinsville in straight sets (25-13, 25-11, 25-14) to improve to 8-4 for the season. Lola Rose and Sophie Rohls each had three aces, Lexi Denny had 30 assists, and Izzy Rice had three blocks to lead the Bull Dogs to the victory. The JV team also took care of business swiftly with a 2-0 sweep in the early match. The freshman and JV teams will participate in the Hauser Invitational on Saturday morning. The varsity team’s next match will be Tuesday, September 8 when they host Southport for a JV/V doubleheader.
