August 18, 2026 - Bull Dogs girls volleyball fell to 3-1 for the season after a 3-1 loss to the Dragons of New Palestine on Monday night in Memorial Gymnasium. The Dragons took a very competitive first set 25-23, but the Bull Dogs rallied to take set two 25-14. The rest of the match belonged to New Palestine as they took set three 25-16 and set four 25-19. New Palestine took both JV and freshmen matches 2-1. Izabella Rice topped the Bull Dogs in kills with 12 kills, and Shelby Sharp recorded the most service aces, with six. Kyndal Wheeler had 15 digs, and Emerson Dunlap and Sydni Schiefer each had four blocks. A busy week continues for the Bull Dogs as they will travel to Seymour this afternoon to take on the Owls. Freshmen and JV are scheduled to begin at 5:30, with varsity set to follow at approximately 7:00.
