May 30, 2026 - North Central topped Columbus North 5-0 at the Center Grove semi state tournament on Saturday, May 30, finishing the Bull Dogs season with a 13-5 record. Individual match results, in order of finish, included 3S: Molly Richards L 0-6, 0-6 1S: Valeria Cortes L 1-6, 0-6 2D: Grace Merritt/Dhish Vudathenini L 1-6, 3-6 1D: Nino Akhalaya/Isa Pan L 2-6, 5-7 2S: Lucy Bergman L 6-3, 2-6, 5-10 The Bull Dogs won the Conference Indiana, Columbus North Sectional, and Bedford North Lawrence Regional titles this season. The Dogs will graduate five seniors, including two on the semi state roster, including Nino Akhalaya, Lucy Bergman, Priyanka Nair, Isabel Niccum, and Ana Puente.
