May 13, 2026 - Bull Dog baseball seems to be hitting their stride at the right time, winning eight of their last twelve games, including a 5-3 victory at Westfield Tuesday evening. North jumped out to a 5-1 lead after three innings and used a strong pitching performance by left-hander Dillon Long to grind out the non-conference road victory. Long tossed six innings, allowing three runs (only one earned) on seven hits, while recording four strikeouts. Franko Ortega struck out the side in the seventh to earn the save. Jesse Clark had two hits and two RBI, Brock Kintner scored twice, and Sam Perry had a triple for the Dogs’ offense as North improved to 12-10 for the season. The JV team fell to Westfield 12-2 to drop to 2-8 North will host Bloomington South this evening in a key Conference Indiana matchup. First pitch is scheduled for 6:00 pm at Southside Elementary.
