February 18, 2026 - Perry Meridian knocked down eleven three-point goals and cruised to a 55-39 victory over Columbus North in Memorial Gymnasium on Tuesday evening. The Bull Dogs, missing three key players due to injury, were able to claw their way back to just a five-point deficit early in the fourth quarter, but the Falcons answered with a run of their own and pulled away for the non-conference victory. Caleb Ferguson had 17 points and Jack Whaley had ten as the Dogs lost their second straight game after winning five of the previous six and fell to 11-8 for the season. The subvarsity teams split the early games with the JV coming from behind to win 47-45 at a tip-in at the buzzer. The freshmen lost 35-32 in overtime. The JV and varsity teams will travel to Bloomington North on Friday, February 20 for their final Conference Indiana game of the season and then to all three teams will head to Franklin Community on Saturday for a non-conference contest with the Grizzly Cubs. The Franklin Community games will be played at Franklin Middle School rather than the high school. Tip-offs both nights will be at 6:00 pm.
