Gymnasts set season high score in winning the Connersville Invitational

February 15, 2026 - Hayden Harper (36.8) and Hannah Perry (35.425) took first and second in the all-around, leading the Bull Dogs to a team title at the Connersville Invitational on Saturday, February 14. Harper won the uneven bars, the balance beam, and the floor exercise, while Perry tied for first on the vault and tied for second on the floor exercise, helping the team to a season high score of 106.875. New Palestine was a distant second (103.375) and Noblesville third (102.5) in the seven-team event. Other highlights for the Bull Dogs included a fifth place finish by Peyton Hewitt on the floor exercise, a tie for sixth on the balance beam, and she was fourth in the all-around. Ellie McIntier was ninth in the all-around and on the balance beam. The Dogs will host Rushville on Thursday, February 19 at 6:30 pm, preceded by a recognition of the program’s three seniors.
