February 15, 2026 - Cohen Long (shown) finished fourth in the 150 pound weight class at the Evansville Semi-state, earning a berth in Saturday’s State Finals. Long won his first two matches (a 7-6 decision in round one and a 20-4 technical fall in the second round), punching his ticket to the State Finals. He then lost his next two matches to finish fourth. Asher Ratliff won his first match at 175 pounds, but lost in round two to end his senior season with a 28-6 record. Darrell Hicks lost by injury default in the first round to finish his sophomore season 25-11 at 190 pounds. Servando Lozano also lost his first match at 285 to bring his 26-11 senior season to a close. Round one of the State Finals will begin Friday afternoon at 3:00 pm at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
