Gymnasts split triangular with Westfield and New Palestine

January 23, 2026 - Columbus North, Westfield, and New Palestine met at the Gymnastics Company in Indianapolis on Thursday evening for a triangular gymnastics meet, and host school New Palestine topped the team scoring with 106.6. Columbus North edged Westfield 104.775-104.275 to earn a second-place finish in the triangular. Hayden Harper (shown) won two events and the All-Around. Top performances for the Bull Dogs included: Vault: T1: Hayden Harper 9.15 3: Ellie McIntier 8.975 Uneven bars: 3: Harper 8.525 Balance beam: 1: Harper 9.275 Floor exercise: 3: Harper 9.125 All-Around: 1: Harper 36.075 4: McIntier 34.075 The JV also got second in the triangular, scoring 76.7 to New Palestine’s 85.25 and Westfield’s 39.45 The Bull Dogs will travel to Seymour on Monday evening for a non-conference dual, scheduled to begin at 6:00.
